ARRANGEMENT and PLANT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours. So we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Please understand that the service we are providing is consisting of perishable items which are extremely sensitive to variable conditions (ie. degree of temperature, moisture, light and others unknown factors). All plants, orchids and trees are from trustful nurseries. ‘Eglinton Flowers’ offers 7 days guarantee from purchase date only for natural predispose defected items. Defects include fungi, parasites, etc. Customers are required to bring in the item to the store (524 Eglinton Ave West Toronto, Ontario Canada M5N 1B4) for evaluation to determine cause of the problem.The care related to watering, temperature, lighting and others for the purchased item is entirely the responsibility of the customer and recipient.
